A Six-Letter Word for Rue

2. I don’t worry about this, a five-letter word for the inevitable.
4. Maybe if I had more of this, a six-letter word for rue,
6. I would be this, worried about what will eventually occur.
7. At 22, I became this, and now have two stakes in the world.
9. As a teacher, I have not accumulated much of this,
13. But my two sons have made my life this (sans money).
15. They are adults now, searching for this in life, and
17. As Yusuf sang, “You’re still young, that’s your ___.” 
20. I just hope for a little more of this with them
21, Before all cools to an ultimate state of inertness (or this),
22. Before the five-letter word for the inevitable takes me.

1. Though the universe is cooling and uncaring, I try to be this.  
3. After all, I was able to do this and wander the world—
5. You know, like that guy in that 70’s show Kung Fu.  
8. I had a lovely weekend in this city, before its granary blew up.
